because money doesn't necessarily equal happiness? i like to say that you can be happy without spending money (rather hard in this day and age) but you definitely don't have to spend a lot to have a good time. people make do with what they have and the hot chicks you see may be content with life as is. think about those without a home and not being able to provide food for their kids, why wouldn't they be happy with what they have?
