just go to settings click on itune/app store whatever button. click ur itune user id. change your country to canada or us or vice versa which ever one you are trying to use. select none for credit card. download the stuff you already paid for and done.. as for trying to pay for in app purchase that's from another country.. unless you have that countries credit card.. you are sol
