yea Sonick is right on sale, I just went to Costco today saw on the flyer and got a big tub of cookies n cream MP just to try it out, hope it's good


and Ramy needs to get in touch with Dennis Wolf's guy because Wolf fckin nailed his conditioning this year, but I think Rhoden had the best overall package this year, he's a sneaky SOB, you barely see the guy anywhere, not on the social networks and youtube like the other dudes, but just comes in and kills it year after year...
I think if you really REALLY look at best aesthetic size conditioning it was between Rhoden and Wolf this year, but obviously what 's best for business is the two guys with a grudge, Phil Kai.....

but Phil came in with a fckin gut for some reason, didn't even bother controlling it on Friday night for fcks sake lol, tucked it in enough for the final showdown Saturday but it was still noticeable... and even though Kai's gut was noticeably smaller from last year, it's still there and it's always gonna be a problem for him, and he's running out of time being 40..... I don't know I mean when you're 5'9, you're 5 fckin 9 and only so much you can do in regards to your midsection, don't got the length of Rhoden and Wolf who are edging on 6 feet to make it fit properly....

I know lot of Kai fanboys, and he has by far the best back in the biz, but that's about it, Phil kills him in frontal fullness and arms, but now that they both have a similar gut it's gonna be closer than ever
