I haven't been to Gyoza Bar yet but everyone and their sister has been telling me it is overhyped. Way too expensive ($17 ramen?!) and it was mediocre at best. I will try to swing by and give it a try in the future when the media hype is over...
Just came back from NYC, hit up Ippudo, must say it was pretty solid!
Ramen + extra chashu, mini-unagi rice bowl and salad, $18! (and that's in Manhattan)
