i went through this when i was younger too.. looks like a lot of people go through this.
the best thing you can get out of this is the lesson... and you don't make the same mistakes with the next girl.
it's over dude. cut your losses. one does throw away 3 years. some people throw away much longer duration than that.
learn the lesson. don't control. don't reach out. don't demand. don't push people.
the tighter you grip, the more they slip away. it's too late now.
