Heaven forbid I have to travel 20 min on skytrain to commute to Vancouver from Burnaby/New West. Even though you get way more value for your dollar in those suburbs.
But noooooooo.... got to be ultra close to the downtown core. Can't afford Yaletown, Coal Harbor, Downtown Westside so I'll compromise to cheaper area's that are Heatscore as fuck!
Honestly, I would rather live in Langley, Abottsford, Maple Ridge than E.Hastings or Gastown where junkies, addicts, sex trade workers are near me 24/7.
