I switched from bell to rogers to get my iphone because I was promised to get a work cooperate plan, Rogers failed to give me my cooperate plan so I had to cancel and was over my buyer's remorse usage so I had to pay full cancelation fees. Looking to use my iphone now on bell but Roger's said I have to wait 90 days, even tho I am paying it outright, she said maybe after Oct 27 (when the cancellation bill comes in) she might be able to unlock it for $50 but most likely would have to wait the 90 days.
