The free shipping is only within the continental United States.
If you decide to ship to Canada using UPS, typically they will charge you for the taxes on the dollar value of the item (GST/PST,) duty (usually 18% if the clothing item is made outside of CAN/US/MEX,) and a brokerage fee, which is what you get raped on which can vary depending on the dollar value.
