I have been out of the gym and haven't been able to work out now for a good 3+ months. Luckily I haven't gained any weight but muscles are now turned to shit, body is losing its sculpt, I feel like crap.
Suspected torn labrum in the right shoulder, I can't do anything

even cardio/warm ups make it flare up and the pain is relentless. I can't keep doing legs forever, even that doesn't work without warmup.
Just wanted to vent.
