but looking at the custom build options... 95000yen for someone to build it for you 
from the pics you took of the nsx, did it come partially assembled as shown, or did you already build it up to that point with just the shell needing paint?
as for building/not building it... i would say build it since it is not part of the numbered series, which means whatever you do it will not affect its value.
