even though you're "bodybuilding" you need to at least semi periodize your training somehow. google periodization for strength training

& thanks sid for suggesting Candito's program a while back, been seeing good gains from it

i like connors program its solid but i feel the deadlift volume is a lil low.
i recommend researching up daily undulating periodization and making your own program, thats what ive been doing
