You can try getting a hold of dude from Autolismo, He carries all kinds of LED's. Not sure how high the quality of bulbs are, but I have some of his LED's and they work fine. He meets up with people at two locations in the Vancouver area. Not shady as it sounds, LOL.

If you're in a pinch and can't wait for shit to show up from China (Canada Customs), or no local retailer carries it, he's the guy to call. I picked up some Samsung LED's from him and they work like a charm.
