I wouldn't say that. From a collector standpoint any accidents will greatly reduce the value and collectors are only looking for clean title, no accident specimens. Anything with an large accident history is really only worth being a track rat or a completely rebuilt show car. Each with little value when compared to a non-accident one. The ITR's just aren't that rare yet. Maybe in 20 years or so though. Still, there are enough nice ones available that you can pick from those and watch the value go up over time.
A low mile ITR in stock form is worth high teens/low 20's nowadays. Some ultra clean examples will creep into the high 20's.
