light bulb brightness

So the other day, one of my ceiling light fixtures in the garage burned out. The fixture holds 2 bulbs inside it. (obviously 2 bulb sockets inside it) One of the bulb sockets was fried on the backside. (I have a total 3 of these ceiling fixtures in the garage)
I have replaced both sockets in that one fixture.

My question is...Is it better and brighter to install one 18 watt led bulb? or install
two 10 watt led bulbs in each fixture?

According to the packaging, 18 watt led (1600 lumens) = 100 watt normal bulb; and, 10 watt led (800 lumans) = 60 watt normal bulb
