Did the motor go down slower than it normally does? When you tried to raise it back up, did the window move a little bit before it stopped completely?
If yes, your window motor is dead. You can go to any audio/alarm shop and they'll swap in an aftermarket unit which will be covered under warranty for a year. Cost should be around an hour of labor plus the motor.
