lol I feel car guys only know their cars front to back because they are too cheap/poor to fix minor issues... at least it was the case in my experience:
"yeah, you gotta jiggle that handle in a specific way for it to open..."
"yeah that rattle is normal"
"you gotta press the button hard, but not too hard, for the window to open"
"you gotta get in from the other side, the door on that side doesn't unlock"
