Gonna look at the car tonight but based on what the ad says, I'd say no on for the price.
A bunch of B18C5 motor swapped EK's sold for $5K range this summer with way more goodies in the car or low low mileage.
Plus this one might be a rust bucket since it is at 300K km's.
