old jack3d was the best havent had a good pre workout like that. The new jack3d sucks just has the same tub. Been using GATs Nitraflex its pretty good stuff tried both Canadian version and American verision. The taste is pretty as for comparing the two, I better focus/pump with the States one since it has all the ''ingredients'' in it.
