And the first time it was parked, it had vinyl numbers on the front windshield and rear passenger side window which to me is the tell tail signs that the car has seen some track time at MRP.

It's not my car but I don't recall there ever being vinyl numbers. Not sure if you're completely remembering correctly but as I said I've been told it hasn't been tracked. Also it's the powersteering fluid that is leaking...
