Update time, all the parts are back together and the bike runs beautifully. No bolts left over, no nuts missing, it was very smooth going back together after the valve adjustment but the only difficult part was getting the valve cover back on due to the tight space of the frame. After putting the cams and cam covers back on, the valve clearance was exactly how I wanted it to be so thankfully I didn't have to take it apart and refit new shims. All intake valves are now 0.006" and exhaust valves are 0.010"
