OnePlus has been getting a lot of heat from accusations of false advertising of Gorilla Glass 3 usage and selling refurbished/used phones back to customers.

One thing I like about this brand is how they are small and able to actually spend time to respond to their customers directly.
It's kind of like actually being able to chat with your CEO of a smaller firm vs. only knowing your CEO by name from a huge global firm.
These responses have given me a lot of respect for this brand.
The fact they were able to debunk their stuff like an average poster who "has too much time on their hands" research/investigating.
Rather than sound like a typical big company who uses a PR to reply in a "I'm too busy for you" attitude.
