If your phone's time is OK, and both messages are blue, it's an probably iMessage issue. Your carrier won't have any way to see the messages, they'll just see it as data traffic, so they aren't able to help. If your time is OK, and one of the messages is blue and the other green, it may be difference between the carrier time and Apple's time? But, that doesn't seem to make sense either, if every network had non sync'd up time, it'd be a mess.

You might try just deleting the whole conversation thread if its just the one person, and reboot holding the Home and Power buttons at the same time.

Sometimes the phones just glitch up for no reason.

All messages show up as iMessage

And network time should be same as iPhone time since it's hooked up to the network.

The problem still persists from the conversations we had today, but she says hers shows up fine.

I'll try rebooting it and see if it continues
