From some quick research online, the S5 charger gives around 1.7amp@5.6v. Meaning that at fully depleted iphone 6+ battery of 2900mah, the iphone 6+ should be fully charged within 2hr if not faster.
Did you leave the screen on or anything that eats battery life while charging?

Nope, didn't touch my phone at all.
Gonna see if I have time during lunch to go exchange for a new one. Already installed a screen protector too
