Don't recall ever seeing dino claim to be a car chick. Didn't see a lot of what went down that led to her and grid quitting, either, although I've heard she got shit on pretty hard.
What I do know is that dino and grid, being landlords/property managers, had a lot of great insight and information they shared when it came to things like rental issues, renos, and so on. They knew their shit and were glad to share when someone asked. That's a valuable commodity on any forum, and it sucks that things went down the way they did.
