I remember in 2010, LEGO had a 25% off sale on a few high-ticket items on their website. But instead of marking them down by 25% off, the person had put them on 75% off! Instead of cancelling all of the orders, they actually honoured the price, but put a limit of 1 of each discounted set per person. That is the righteous way of doing business.

I don't think a company should be liable for a mistake that someone made especially when it will hurt their bottom line. I mean, we all made mistakes and it is only human to do so. Could you imagine losing your job for that one mistake that really hurt no one except for some butthurt RFD deal hunter?
