Received a violation / closure in 2014:

- Shanghai River Restaurant
- Kyung Bok Palace Korean Restaurant
- Neptune Seafood Restaurant
- Kitanoya Guu Kobachi
- Garden Villa Seafood Restaurant
- Peaceful Restaurant
- Donald's Market Take Out
- Kamei Royale Restaurant
- Kitanoya Guu
- Mrs Vanelli's Restaurant <-- this one had 12 separate violations!
- Shanghai Elan Restaurant
- Subway #13116
- T&T Metrotown Dim Sum
- Wang Ga Ma

And I ate at all of the above places in 2014, despite the unsanitary conditions, pest infestations, improper food storage temperatures, etc...
