Many consider it to be gross and unhealthy due to all the cream and sugar involved (admittedly, it is a lot of sugar in a large). But consider this: In Ontario the Triple-Triple is very common and in some areas (Hamilton area mostly) the 4x4 is well-known and popular! Gross!

Cream wouldn't be unhealthy, just high in calories. But that shit is certainly bad for you
