Double espresso with cold/warm (subject to season) whole milk 1:2 ratio. Nothing added. From time to time... I add a 2~4oz of dark unsweetened chocolate when I have them, a la Argentinean submarino style. For any coffee lover, you should try this way. It's a so much better version of mocha.
The North American Starbucks style mocha is just a sweet and fat drink.
