I've had people do this.
I make sure to update their flowfinity profile with a big brief along with a "DO NOT HIRE". Not such a big deal if it was only our company which shared information internally, unfortunately we share our resource pool directly back to our partners, as well as for tradespeople the reviews are forwarded back to CLAC.
