That 85 started life out as a hot air car so obviously it was modified. I can't tell if it's worth $22k by looking at the photos but it would depend on the build including the conversion parts nevermind the tune itself.
The last one has been on sale since at LEAST summer of last year. Car looks beat up and still needs parts. In the time it was for sale, why not replace the damn parts?? At least locate the seat or reupholster it. No one will pay $10k on a beat up hot-air GN especially when the seller doesn't reduce the price and / or fix the issues.
