Took the taillights apart today and realized I didn't buy the right kind of foam. I've heard from a few people who have just cleaned the old gaskets and put them back on. I was thinking about doing this for the meantime while I order and wait for new gaskets.
is this a good or bad idea? And if its okay to do, is there anything specific I should do?
