Went to dine out at Chambar on Sunday and everything was amazing. Great service, chill atmosphere, and delicious food.

COQUILLES ST. JACQUES A LA ‘BOB’ Pan seared scallops, mint pea puree, tandoori papadum, pickled grapes.
SALADE D’HIVER Macerated kale, Belgian endive, sunchokes, poached pear emulsion, shaved feta, tahini dressing.
TRIO DE PORC Tenderloin, pulled pork croquette & spiced sausage, brussel sprout, watermelon radish, tamarind glaze.
CURRY D’OMBLE DE L’ARCTIQUE Roasted arctic char, parsnip & miso curry, kale, sorrel, fresh pomegranate, pine nuts.
LA BARRE DE CHOCOLATE Hazelnut praline chocolate mousse bar, sherry vinegar, burnt cinnamon milk foam.
GATEAUX DE CHÈVRE Chèvre cheesecake, speculoos, green apple sorbet, quince caramel.
