Some people cheap out and swap the left side with the right side which is only a temporary fix.

Also, in the pics, you can see the car has an 02/03/AP2 soft top with the glass rear window. Check to see how new the top is. It is quite common for the tops to stretch or wear out and develop leaks.
Well, a PPI is always prefered when you are buying a used vehicle. AP2 valve retainer is a preventative maintenance, if it has been done, perfect. If not, then I will do it.

As I mean nothing for Honda, I mean nothing like IMS, RMS, Rod Bearing, etc will happen one day. Opps, you are out of 15k+ for a new engine. Ask me how I know having those sleepless nights worrying about next day my car won't start and drill a deep hole on my wallet....
