This! It took ICBC over 4 months to decide if they were going to fix my car or not. Thank goodness I had receipts for $20k+ and they even still tried to buy me out. Their payout value couldn't touch the replacement value of the car. One the worst experiences I've ever dealt with. I have a feeling I'll be complaining once the repairs are done anyway so it's still a long road ahead.
OP: If you are going through ICBC then you're on their schedule unfortunately.
