If it was 35k before that would explain it being on the market a long time.
The more I think about it, the more I think it's a great deal. $26k (OBO) CDN NSX with a clean title just don't come up very often. And with the high mileage you don't have to worry much about depreciation and putting on the kms. Just fix the clutch/oil leak and enjoy.
