Looks like you will have to contact retailer, if not get in touch with nvidia

Havent had any issues with my card yet, and I just returned a 290x for the 970 and the amd one had way more issues for me. i'll just wait for the update rather than returning since id want to stay with nvidia and id either have to go up or down in model. thanks for the info though.
