I went shopping with my wife today, and a package in the deli caught my eye:

It's $5 for 2oz. It ain't cheap, but to try cheese from the moon, I figured it was worth a try. It's awesome. It's crunchy cheddar, much like fried cheese in texture and taste, but it's dehydrated, not fried. Save-On's, IGA, and Urban Fare carry this.
