I like the RS because it's smaller and more compact to an STi. I still can't believe I am choosing a FORD over a SUBARU right now. I do not like the new STi at all, The GC8, GD and 08-14 models of the STi we're great. The new one, looks in my opinion too big, too much like a family sedan and nothing screams rally. The engine has been the same for 2 generations now pretty much and it's time for SUBARU to step it up a notch and finally deliver something that's smaller, more powerful and has some rally inspiration in it again. Ford is going in the right direction with this RS. It's growing on me.

I guess also it's exciting, STI has lost that excitement factor for me. Again, lots of people will probably disagree with me especially the fan boys, even though I am a fan boy of SUBARU but in this case, I'd take that RS over an STI.
