Don't know about locally, but I think you'll have better luck looking for a built spec Miata in the US on SCCA forums or other spec Miata forums.
If I see anything pop up on my FB, I'll post it here. A lot of my friends spend a lot of time on those forums and they always see to post up interesting stuff that I cannot afford.
