So the annual Revscene spring meet is coming up, and the people over at E90Post are planning a BMW pre-meet again. Seeing if there's any interest from RSers
BMW Pre-Meet Details:
Location: Oakridge Centre (See below for exact location)
Meet-Up: 8:30 AM
Roll Out:
9:15 AM SHARP!
Arrive at Spanish Banks: 9:45 AM
The reason we are leaving so early is because the parking lots at Spanish Banks usually gets filled up by 10:00. If we want good spots together, we have to get there before then.
UPDATE ON LOCATION:
If it's sunny, we will be meeting at the parking lot outside bay area:
If it's raining, we will be meeting at the same underground lot as last year:
This is the route we are planning to take:
(Minimize left turns and traffic lights)
There is a waiting area for people who get cut off by red lights (Mostly along 49th Ave) to catch up. We can wait 3-4mins for people there.

We ARE legally allowed to park there. The space looks narrow, but there's actually plenty of space to park.
Some basic rules to keep in mind:
- No burnouts/excessive revving
- No street racing
- No excessive speeding
- No reckless driving
- Don't run red lights
As mentioned before, we will be waiting for everyone to catch up just as Marine Drive opens up, so there is no need to run red lights or excessively speed! Keep in mind that because we are travelling in a group, there will be more attention towards us, and anything stupid will likely result in someone calling the cops and claiming "street racing."
