This my mom's new cat
She really missed having a kitty roaming around the house so we went out to Langley today and adopted Scrappy. She was a feral kitten that was brought in a couple months ago. She's just under a year old and absolutely loves to purr. She's still a bit skittish around loud noises or fast movement, but the shelter told us that will go away once she's accustomed to living in her own space (as opposed to the shelter).
We were really worried someone was going to ask to adopt her while my mom was filling out paperwork, so I hung out in front of the door where they were keeping her lol.
