If the vehicle is supposed to be completely OEM stock before import, which is what the rules say, could one import the car and change those components once it's in Canada? Say before the inspections take place? Or would the border put a full stop on the process if aftermarket parts are noticed?
There has been plenty of modified cars that have been imported.
