Good enough. Clean car checks are great for purchase assurance and future sale/collector value. While service records are nice, it's not a deal breaker with such low kms. Get an inspection with ecu check(they can do that right? over-revs and whatnot?). That should paint a good overall picture. Confirm zero winter driving.

If Porsche can look for any over-revs or signs of abuse that will tell the tale. The car IS a track car so the fact that it was actually tracked isn't a shocker. If anything a few track days is good for it to stretch it's legs each year. As long as it hasn't been shit-kicked and the inspection/ecu check comes back clean you should be good, both from a collector stand point or as a buyer ready to use it.
