You do realize that's just a heist
setup mission, right?
How Heists works:
-Leader pays a sum to start up the heist (in that heist, 40k).
There are anywhere between 2-4 setup heists that obviously setup for the final heist.
The leader does not get paid in any of the setup missions leading up to the final mission (in that heist, there's four setup missions).
-The other three completing the heist are paid a sum (15k in that heist) for every setup mission.

The final heist pays a greater potential sum; in that heist, it's 500k total that is split among the four. The leader gets a bigger cut because he did not earn money from setups, and paid the setup fee to start the heists.
By the end of that specific heist (Prison bus heist), you should net at least 200k+. (You get 100k for completing it for the first time)
