Engineering... Engineering is always the better option.
I only know one person out of at least a dozen people i know that did well when it came to Visual Arts and stuff like that, and he is a fellow RSer, and he is EXTREEMMEEELEYYY TALENTED.
Whatever you do you are going to want to be passionate about it. Or else you will never get through it, and even if you did it would be tough finding a job because the passion is not there.
