Hopefully I can get some help in here. I wanted to make a thread but that seems like a waste. Anyways its me and my girls 1 year and I want to take her out for a nice lunch. I want to go somewhere that's not like a cactus, earls type of place. I guess a little more higher end up not like $100 per plate. Anywhere in the lower mainland is good I drive so it's not a big deal. I was thinking black and blue or a place like Kobe (heard its not good so probably not), and the spinning restaurant (which I heard is a rip off but more about the view). Anyways anything helps.
