holy fuck i was just thinking the same thing. I was getting annoyed on the hwy one my way to work this morning...pouring rain and dark as fuck and then there are idiots who don't have their shit on
how do you even forget these things. Maybe one or two cars out of 500 but today fucking every fifth car was a retard or something with no lights on.
