It ran before with the old plugs, now wont run with new plugs.....pull a plug and check for spark. Also check that they are the correct plugs in there and make sure that you gapped them properly. A overly large gap can prevent starting.

If all that has chanced is the plugs then its rather easy to assume that the new plugs are in fact the issue. Put old ones back in and see if it runs.
