Good deal? Not sure if owner really thinks people will pay 13k to take over the lease but even with that at 65k its not a bad deal.

there will be tax to buyout the vehicle.....
so you need to pay 52,000+12%=58,240+13000=71240.
whereas a brand new one will cost you approx. 80k+tax= 92k

$20k depreciation in about 2 years on C63, doesn't sound like a good deal to me.
you can probably buy a 09 C63 for less than $40k..
