bumping an old thread. Any beginning tips for jogging?
My leg/back was injury a few years ago so I didn't do much exercise. Now my back is better I started jogging to get back into shape. It seems I am always out of breath way too soon. My legs doesn't feel tired but I can feel my throat and lungs hurting so I have to stop and rest. I don't think I am going too fast since my legs aren't tired at all.
